Your day begins when your expert tour guide collects you from your hotel in Luxor. From there, you'll set off on a 2-hour drive along the beautiful Nile River to Edfu city. Here, you'll visit the Temple of Horus, known as the most complete and best-preserved Egyptian temple. Constructed between 237 and 57 BC during the Ptolemaic era, this site offers a rare glimpse into ancient Egyptian spirituality and architecture. After Edfu, your journey continues for about 1.5 hours to Kom Ombo, located approximately 70 km south of Edfu. Upon arrival, marvel at the unique double temple dedicated to Haroeris, the falcon god, and Sobek, the crocodile god. Built during the Greco-Roman period in Egypt, Kom Ombo Temple stands out for its distinct architecture and intriguing carvings, including scenes of the ancient Egyptian calendar and medical instruments.
